My license philosophy is short and simple. An ‘all in one’ license that includes the use for desktop, print, web, app, social, videos, broadcasting. The price of the license depends solely on the size of the company. The license can be upgraded at any time if the company grows.

Test Fonts

To help you make a reasonable purchase decision, all fonts are available as test versions. The test fonts allow you to test the font to see if it fits your project. The test license is not an ‘all in one’ license and any public or commercial use is prohibited.

End User Licence Agreement

1. Introduction

This End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and breece.studio (“Licensor”) regarding the use of the typeface products (“Fonts”) provided by breece.studio. By purchasing, downloading and installing the Fonts from this website, the Licensee automatically agree to accept and respect the EULA.

2. Licence

The license is based on the number of employees in the organization or company. The font may be used and installed on any device within the organization.

If the number of employees exceeds the limit specified in the purchased license, the license will become invalid. In such cases, the licensee must upgrade the license to accommodate the increased number of employees.

The Fonts are provided in TTF (TrueType), OTF (OpenType), WOFF, and WOFF2 formats. They may only be served on websites using the CSS @font-face rule and exclusively in the WOFF and WOFF2 formats. Using the Fonts in OTF format for web embedding is strictly prohibited.

3. Restrictions

Selling a font in any form is strictly prohibited.
The use of a font in retail products, whether digital or physical, intended for sale is prohibited. This restriction applies to artworks, goods or assets featuring the font, regardless of whether they are sold publicly or privately.
Redistribution of a font requires explicit permission from the copyright owner.
Modifying, adapting, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or creating derivative works based on this font is not allowed.
Conversion of the font into different formats is forbidden.

4. Limitation of Liability

breece.studio shall not be liable for consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages including any lost profits, lost data or lost savings.

The Licensee is responsible for thoroughly testing the Fonts in their project environment prior to full deployment. breece.studio provides the Fonts on an “as-is” basis and will release updates to address any bugs or defects identified. Any issues or errors should be reported promptly, and breece.studio will check the problem.

5. Warranty

The Fonts are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. breece.studio does not guarantee that the Fonts will be free from errors, that any errors will be corrected, or that the Fonts will meet the specific requirements of the Licensee. Breece.studio is not liable for any issues arising from third-party software, platforms, or operating systems that may impact the performance of the Fonts.

6. Term and termination

This Agreement becomes effective upon the download, installation, or use of the Fonts. breece.studio reserves the right to terminate this Agreement in the event of any breach. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Fonts and delete all copies in your possession. Termination of this Agreement does not preclude breece.studio from pursuing legal action to claim damages resulting from any breach of its terms.
